Purchasing, Downloading and Installing Our Products is easy, just follow these steps: Here is the complete tutorial, A - Z, what-to-expect, that explains and illustrates the process that takes place when you purchase and download a product from our site. The following scenario represents each step involved in purchasing a product from this site. As an example, we'll use Ron LeGrand's Real Estate ebook, which is available for $0.01 here. Step 1: To illustrate the order process you would begin the purchase process by clicking on the "Buy" button, titled as "Download it NOW!" in this example. (Of course this button is not active, it's just for illustration purposes).
Step 2: Next you would enter your PayPal information on the first PayPal page and click the "Continue" button.
Step 3: Review information on the second PayPal page to be sure you have entered it correctly, since the email address you use is where we send your download information and when you are satisfied, you would then click "Pay".
Step 4: PayPal's purchase confirmation page comes up next. Print this page for your records. You will find the contact information for your purchase here in the event that you experience any problems accessing the product that you bought. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! - Click the "Click here to continue" link to access your product. (Many people fail to do this and then wonder where their product download information is... it's a vital step in the process. It may be a link or it may be a button, but be sure you click it.)
Step 5: After clicking the "Click here to continue" link on the last PayPal page, you'll be taken to a temporary "Thank You" page. Fill this page out with your contact information right away. Do not bookmark the page and come back later. The page will expire in a limited amount of time. Choose your email address carefully. Use an email address that is not filtered. Avoid using free email accounts. At the bottom of this page, you'll see a button labeled "SEND IT!" When you click this button, you will in return receive an email from us containing the download URL and password needed to access your product.
Step 6: After clicking the "SEND IT!" link, you'll briefly see a plain looking webpage that simple states "Download Information was sent to (your email address)". Shortly thereafter you'll be redirected to our site's home page.
Step 7: Go to your email inbox and you should find an email with the subject line "Product download information". When you open this email, you find the following important information:
Step 8: Download the product by clicking the download URL to go to the page where you'll download the product that you purchased. The page will look very much like this one:
Step 9: Left-click the file name at the bottom of this page to begin the download (right-clicking is disabled). Make a note of the location on your computer where you are saving the product.
Step 10: Product Installation: Locate the product on your computer and double-click it to begin the installation. You will see the installation program's splash page and hear audio instructions explaining what to do next. The "Product download information" email that you received includes a password needed to complete the product installation. Enter this password in the password field in the lower-right corner of this screen. If the product that you purchased included multiple file downloads, the same password will work for installing all of the files.
After clicking the "Accept" button, you will see a smaller pop-up window like this:
When you close the above pop-up, it will reveal another smaller button / window that indicates the location where the product was installed.
You can make a note of this if you like, but you'll find that a shortcut icon was also created that will automatically open the product right from your desktop (main computer screen). It will look like this:
Step 11: Open Product by double-clicking the product's shortcut icon on your desktop, and voila... you now can enjoy your new product.
